We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Whether it is for their kids, grandkids, themselves or a gift for a friend, we want you to be happy with what you purchase. If anytime in the next 30 days you are not 100% satisfied please let us know.
- Product must be in the same condition received it was received. (unopened, unused, undamaged)
- If the product is used it will be subject to a store credit return only.
- If it is a manufacturer defect, we can possibly have manufacturer replace product without shipping back to us so please contact us before shipping.
- Must be within 30 days of purchase

- Return must be authorized by Toyology Toys before shipping back
- Refund or Credit will be issued once Toyology receives return
